Pineapple Bacon Bombers


Two skewers of thick cut pineapple wrapped in candied bacon glazed and baked. Winner of our Semi-annual cook-off competition.

Texas Refrigerator


Smoked chicken, grilled ham, bacon, mozzarella and cheddar cheese on our house baked focaccia with lettuce and tomatoes.

BC Tacos


Two tacos stuffed with pan seared Sockeye salmon, thin sliced radish, cabbage, red onion, pineapple, carrots, cucumber and avocado with fresh lemon slices served with one of our seasonal side and seasoned tortilla chips.

Frog Kabob


A marinated a medley of chicken breast chunks, peppers, zucchini, mushrooms and red onion glazed with our tropical BBQ served with our kettle beans and rice.

Sizzlin’ Salmon


6oz of wild sockeye salmon fire roasted to medium and served on bed of seared radish, tomatoes and wilted spinach, rice pilaf and topped with our creamy lemon dill sauce.
